The sea reflects and amplifies, cerulean blue, Islands and inlets, Cassis and the Embiez … Born of the sea, the sun and the wind, the cuisine features vegetables and fruits, fish and shellfish, but also quite simply crudo , risotto, pasta and the legendary Tropézienne.
